In all cases where the following items do not explain a solution to your problem - contact us immediately with contact information at the bottom of this page.

You will be able to speak directly to Zane Wilson with a phone call or receive an email response regarding your problem. Thats not because we are small - its because we care.

We do not use auto responders.

Common Software Download Problems

With Any Operating System

Program Opens and Runs but can't find data bases.

• Be sure that you did not change Download Directory as it must be "C:\Program Files\EZWinnersLotto2006\" for both the Program and Data Bases.
• If your boot drive is X: you still must install the program to the "C:\Program Files\EZWinnersLotto2006\"
• Do not Select Save when downloading either the Program or Data Bases - that causes problems and the files expire anyway so saving the program file does no good for dual installations etc..
• Do not install to your DeskTop

Download seems to Hang Up.

• Firewalls and Security Software may hold up the connection and download for a long period of time. These Settings are Controlled by You.
• Slow connections such as Dial Up are not recommended for the Download of the Program or Data Bases.
• If you do not have High Speed Connection to the Internet then Select the Small Download of Data Bases.

Open File Dialog Box Does Not List any Options

• You must have the Data Bases Downloaded
• The first time you run EZ Winners the options will not be available if you performed the Data Base Downloads while EZ Winners was open.
• If data bases have been downloaded merely close EZ Winners then reopen EZ Winners and the options should be available.

You receive an Error Message 53

• This only occurs on the first time EZ Winners is ran.
• Close EZ Winners then reopen EZ Winners and the error message should not appear again.
• Also be sure your data bases have been downloaded.

With VISTA

Can't Complete Download of Program or Data Bases

• ONLY persons with Permissions as Administrator may download.

With Windows 98 and Others

Upgrade was Downloaded but the Program shows it is still on the OLDER Version.

-or- During Download Received a message that File EZWinnersLotto2008.exe was in use and could not be overwritten.

Be sure you have closed EZ Winners Lotto and that there are no instances running during download.

You may need to ReStart your computer so that Windows will release the file. Sometimes, on some systems, Windows continues to register the program as in use - even though you have actually closed the file. Do not open EZ Winners after the restart until you have gone back and completed the download.

When contacting by email DO NOT use subject lines other than those provided below as certain subjects such as the word Help or Hello by themselves are used in phishing scams as well as the spread of viruses. We therefore automatically delete any message with a subject matter that is not recognized. Sorry for the inconvenience but we receive thousands of emails and way too many are unsolicited attempts to gather information. Therefore we have provided you with a set of options below.

When using email links below - do not change the subject line. Place your comments and information in the text area of the email.

In responding to emails we send the emails in HTML format to enable the sending of graphics to you. You must open our email responses in HTML format in order to view the graphics.

If you are sending screen pictures to show what is happening on your computer where you need help Send them in the body of the eMail by pasting the pictures. DO NOT send pictures (screen shots) as Atachments unless requested to do so as we will not open them. Screen Pictures Help to us Help You.

To Perform a Screen Capture select the frame you wish to capture and press Alt + PrintScreen and the graphic will be placed on your clip board.

Then you place your cursor at the desired spot in your email and press Ctrl+V or Shift + Insert ( or in Outlook select Edit >> Paste) and the graphic will be pasted into the eMail as if you are in HTML format.

When calling we do not accept calls from anyone with caller ID blocked. When you call be sure to Disable Caller ID Blocking. We accept phone calls from 9-5 Monday thru Friday. Calls at other times may be made by email confirmation - just ask.

If you send us your phone number in email we will respond by phone as soon as possible.

However, if we are available we will answer at other times.
