Tickets, transactions, drawings, and prizes are

Each Win For Life play costs $1.00. Each play slip has 5
play areas or boards: A, B, C, D, and E.
Complete a Win For Life play slip by marking 6 numbers
(1 through 42) in each board or play area you wish to
play, or mark the QP to let the computer randomly select
your numbers.
To play the same numbers for the next 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or
16 consecutive drawings, mark the appropriate box in the
"Number of Draws" section. Your ticket will be valid for
the draw dates shown on the front. The total cost of the
ticket will be the wager amount multiplied by the number
of drawings you choose to play. Review your play slip
carefully before giving it to your retailer. If you make
a mistake, DO NOT ERASE. Mark the VOID box and
start again on the next board.
It is your responsibility to make sure the play slip and
ticket represent the numbers selected, and drawing(s)

Lottery drawings take place in the evening every

Each playslip has 5 play areas. Each play cost $1.00. Mark 4
numbers, from 1-33, in the top section, headed "MARK 4" and one
number from 1-31, (the Kentucky Cash Ball) in the Lower section,
headed "MARK 1".
You can mark the QP in either or both
sections to let the computer randomly select your numbers or
number.
If you want to play the same numbers for the next, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6, 7, or 14 consecutive KENTUCKY CASH BALL drawings, mark the
appropriate MULTI-DRAW box. TOTAL TICKET COST = NUMBER OF PLAYS

In nearly two
weeks the Kentucky Lottery has had two grand
prize winning tickets on the Win For Life game.
Two lucky players are holding tickets worth
$1,000 a week for the rest of their lives!
The July 15th drawing produced the first grand
prize ticket and was sold at Dairy Mart #3204 in
Mt. Washington. The winning numbers were
5-12-14-15-18-23.
The second ticket, sold less than two days ago
on July 26th, was purchased at Midway Market in
Midway. The winning numbers were
21-23-24-25-32-35.
Players have 180 days to claim a lottery prize.
However, due to nature of this game players are
encouraged to come forward to claim their prize
as soon as possible. The payment of $1,000 a
week begins once the ticket has been validated
and the claim has been processed. For example,
the winner holding the ticket from the July 15th
drawing could have already received nearly
$2,000.
“We were thrilled to find out that we had top
prize winners on this game in Kentucky and are
anxiously awaiting someone to come forward. Once
the winner realizes they are holding the big
ticket, they should sign the back of the ticket,
place it in a safe location, and get it to
headquarters in Louisville as soon as possible,”
said the KLC’s Communications Specialist
Jennifer Cunningham.
Win For Life winnings are paid quarterly in lump
sum payments for a minimum of 10 years.
